The George L. Hess Educational Complex will only 
accept students for hybrid cohort enrollment on a
case-by-case basis until Wednesday, May 19th for a start date of Monday, May 24th.
Parents must submit a written request to the
principal by the deadline--no exceptions.
Otherwise, students can anticipate remaining
in the virtual cohort until the end of the
marking period, June 22nd.

COVID-19 Reporting Information for Parents

IMPORTANT PROPOSED CHANGE IN STUDENT PM DROP OFF REQUIREMENTS

 

At the July, 2017 Hamilton Township Board of Education meeting, the Board approved a new Transportation Policy 8605 –Requirements to Meet Students at Bus Stop. This policy provides for the following:

  • All preschool, kindergarten, first grade, and second grade students must be met at the bus stop by a person who will be taking responsibility for that student as they depart the bus in the afternoon.
  • Any person who will be taking responsibility for the student must be age 12 or older.
  • The parent/guardian of any student in grades three through eight who rides a special needs van may request that their student not be dropped off without a responsible person meeting them by contacting the Transportation Department
